What makes RAY Lighting healthy?
Most artificial LED lighting has what we call a 'spike' of blue light, it is lacking in red light, and flickers (you won't see this with the naked eye, but cameras can pick this up). These key three elements can cause a myriad of health problems, such as migraines, poor sleep, affected circadian rhythm, low mood, impacted gut health- the list goes on!
RAY Lighting is much closer to natural sunlight, as we have no spike of blue light, increased red light to the sunlight spectrum, and no flickering. By creating technology in this way, our lighting is much closer to natural sunlight, and the health problems caused by most artificial LED lighting are far less likely under RAY Lighting.
